About Sench.
Sench originates from the Esperanto word “senchava”, meaning ”making sense”.
Together, we can (re)generate a sustainable & desirable world* by guiding citizens toward responsible choices, supporting local changemakers, and fostering a spirit of collaboration.
*A desirable world where life isn’t just about constraints and eco-anxiety, but a world where living beings (both human and non-human) come together to continue living well, eating well, drinking well, and inhabiting our planet in a sustainable manner.
Our Community’s mission is to speed up the shift in consumption, production, and financing behaviors in a desirable, practical and pragmatic manner.
Our Manifesto
At Sench, we recognize the power consumers hold in shaping a desirable future and the crucial role played by ecopreneurs and changemakers in driving not just sustainable development but creating a regenerative economy. It’s imperative to initiate the transition from an extractive economy to a regenerative one.
Regeneration is the essence of life itself. Just as the human body regenerates its cells, trees regenerate their bark, and mountains regenerate their glaciers, every natural ecosystem continuously regenerates its fauna and flora. True regeneration goes beyond merely reducing negative impacts; it involves creating positive net impacts for ecosystems and society. This means:
- Sequestering more carbon than is emitted
- Restoring and enhancing biodiversity
- Renaturing and revegetating landscapes
- Empowering stakeholders and ensuring they have a decent income
- Improving physical, emotional, and social well-being
This doesn’t mean checking all the boxes immediately but rather committing to a regenerative approach. We must go beyond the legislative mandates; the CSRD is a significant step but not the ultimate goal.
To create positive impact, companies must understand the pressures they exert on ecosystems and society. This involves analyzing planetary boundaries, critical resources, and social issues. Based on this, they can develop a strategic roadmap focusing on systemic impact and continuous improvement.
It’s crucial to engage not only your employees but also all stakeholders, including consumers, in your value chain in this journey. Collaboration across the entire ecosystem is key to driving meaningful change.
At Sench, we believe that together, we can create a desirable world where everyone thrives. This world isn’t just about constraints and eco-anxiety; it’s a place where living beings—both human and non-human—come together to continue living well, eating well, drinking well, and inhabiting our planet sustainably.
Join us in building a brighter, regenerated future through community action with Sench.

Our Charter
At Sench, we believe that a brand should be more than just a product or a service; it should stand for something greater. Our community is dedicated to creating a better world by supporting ecopreneurs who protect the environment, respect human rights and animal rights, promote social inclusion, and share values that promote positivity and progress.
We tirelessly seek out like-minded makers and doers who are using their vision to craft a more considered world, so we can bring them to you. To make sure they are good creators, we designed a charter based on 4 pillars.
